Having worked in companies and in consulting firms, Anne has never been far from the world of human resources, which she chose to make her own after a degree in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in financial management at the IAE Paris business school, together with a master’s degree in company law.
She worked in a direct approach recruitment firm specialised in the IT sector, then joined Schneider Electric in recruitment and training support for management in order to perfect her knowledge of the industrial environment and the processes of a major group.
Anne returned to the consulting profession with the goal of working on a “global HR offer”, and joined Kreno Consulting to focus on executive search, but also to take part in the development of assessment operations and to conducts individual support (mid-career interviews, skills assessment, etc.).
In her work she adopts an approach combining openness, commitment and rigour, and is motivated by a taste for a job well done, a sense of service and results.
