Antoine’s first experience in sales, and then in management and strategy positions for international groups, have convinced him that perseverance, team work and altruism are the keys to performance.
After studying history and geography at university, and a year rich in experience in the elite French army battalion, the Chasseurs Alpins (a chance to face up to the rigours of life in the mountains and to surpass oneself in adversity), Antoine decided to begin his career in the retail sector.
He took part in the launch and development of brands in the ready-to-wear and lingerie sectors, helping to define and consolidate their brand territories, then as Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager and Assistant Managing Director he worked to manage, train and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and to lead change.
Thanks to this operational experience acquired in organisations that are structured and built to succeed, Antoine decided to join an Executive Search firm, and later Kreno Consulting, in order to give expression to his passion for human resources.
A person’s talent cannot be summed up on a CV, and Antoine is committed to making a success of the relationship between candidates and companies that he helps bring about. His ultimate aim is to promote the emergence of abilities that have been insufficiently expressed individually or collectively.
