Caroline has been in charge of recruitment research since the 2000s, and over the years has developed a wide knowledge of organisations and professions, as well as expertise in direct approach recruiting.

In 2005, to broaden her HR culture, in addition, she was asked to develop new HR skills in the management / coordination of company universities or large scale operations in conducting appraisals and mid-career interviews.

Caroline’s interpersonal skills allow her to play an active role in relations between the clients, the consulting firm, the participants and/or trainees, as well as the consultant instructors.

By uniting a global view with a sense for detail, Caroline plays a vital intermediary role with the authorised joint collection agencies (OPCA) and coordinates the daily schedules (of trainees and consultants/instructors), teaching tools, while communicating feedback to our clients.
