François defines himself professionally through his dual experience in companies: 11 years in sales and 6 years in human resources at Kaysersberg-Lotus, Henkel-Detergents, Dow Chemical–Dow Brands Albal and Japan Tobacco.

François has a doctorate in Management Sciences, is a graduate of ESC Brest and an associate professor at INSEEC Business School in Paris. Fluent in English, he began his consulting career in 2003.

In his work as an HR consultant, he is notably specialised in skills development (management, negotiation, sales, etc.), and in individual and collective support (team building, leadership, interpersonal relations).

His approach is based on meeting the client’s needs through practical and personalised solutions that are adapted to the given situation and to expectations. His dual operational experience, as well as his research and consulting activities, have developed his pragmatism, and a capacity to analyse and be attentive to clients’ needs.

François works in a wide variety of sectors (mass-market and luxury brands, services, capital goods, energy, communications, health, etc.), bringing a fresh viewpoint, objectivity and creativity to his contributions and reinforcing their personalised nature.

He is active in volunteer work and oriented towards others (he is a member of a village council and also of several associations). He also enjoys good music, as well as hiking and skiing.
