Marie-Cécile joined Kreno Consulting at the beginning of 2012, after a master’s degree at Euromed Management (Sup de Co in Marseille), in addition to internships in major firms, where she had the opportunity to take part in HR project groups (diversity, relations with schools, etc.) and to develop a taste for working in the recruitment field.
Marie-Cécile developed her knowledge of the company environment and her understanding of the many tasks and positions involved in it, then the basic skills in recruitment techniques and tools, as well as the appropriate approach methods and attitudes. Today she works on delicate assignments in the field of Executive Search in close partnership with 1 or 2 senior consultants.
She has a good deal of maturity, as well as good knowledge of the headhunters’ “codes”, and likes to take on complex assignments and weave her web to find the right candidate (whose profile is defined beforehand) and create the climate of confidence that is vital in the progress of the different stages of the assignment.
Marie-Cécile loves to discover new horizons, notably in travel and in meeting people.
