Michel joined Procter & Gamble France’s sales department after a doctorate in law and a course at IAE.
He then developed his managerial capacities, working in senior management in France and abroad in the “mass market” fields of personal and household goods.
After three years as a partner in a Parisian consulting firm specialised in the direct approach to senior managers, Michel joined Kreno Consulting in 2004.
His wide-ranging experience in the highly diverse markets of France and Europe has convinced him that the success of an operation is based first of all on the attention paid to people.

Michel expresses himself with rigour and attention to detail (in fluent French, Italian and English) in his work in Executive search, and also helps managers with their organisational issues, supporting them both in the analysis phase and in the application of adapted solutions.
His enthusiasm for networks and associative questions led him to take part in the creation of the Thomson Alumni Club.
