Olivier was fully involved in sales, and later in business development after leaving the ISG business school. But after 15 passionate years in the IT, telecom, networks and internet environment, he decided to move away from these highly specialised tasks to devote himself to his other great passion, human resources.
Active in the HR consulting and headhunting environment, since 2005 he has developed his expertise in the recruitment profession, making use of his interpersonal skills as well as his networks in the industrial and service sectors, particularly for technical and sales positions.
Strongly committed to everything he does, Olivier involves himself with tenacity and high standards both in the identification and the evaluation of talents, and strives to recommend and advise “the right man in the right place”.
