A senior consultant, Patrice joined Kreno Consulting in 2000, after 17 years with the Danone group (in Ultra Fresh Dairy and Grocery products) where he first worked in sales before moving to management and human resources.
Patrice works as a senior consultant with management and human resources, particularly in the following fields:
- Change management and strategic projects in human resources
- Management support/training (upper and middle management)
- Process implementation (monitoring tools, dashboards, annual appraisal interviews, professional training projects, etc.)
- Individual or collective coaching for managers and senior executives
- Design, application and organisation of “managerial support processes”
- Anticipation, management and resolution of conflicts
Mobilising his partners on the basis of their experience (with their failures and successes), his aim is to boost their self-confidence and challenge them in defining and applying successful procedures.
Patrice enjoys working in diverse environments and works in partnership with international groups (he speaks English fluently), as well as with public companies and administrations.
